Ignite2010 Sparking your Leadership Edge is an internal conference focused on Leadership - creative, technology, digital media, management and learning and development opportunities for you and; coincidently, as you may recall, the DLA/USH 2010 theme is also LEADERSHIP. There is a dedication and commitment to creating strong and capable leaders at all levels, and to foster our talent as we enter into a competitive, challenging and exciting time of international growth at Discovery.

Another leadership trait is around Individual Leadership which refers to the responsibility we all have; your personal contributions and accountability through ingenuity and innovation in what we do, whether it’s through out-performing our competitors or finding new and better ways to do things and be more efficient.

Our employees drive our business - so the health and wellness of you and your families is of utmost importance. It is with great excitment that the Wellness Center will also officially launch on Wednesday, 19th May. Employees in our regional offices (Mexico, Argentina and Brazil) also may take advantage of the on-site Wellness Center when visiting the Miami office.
